How long do national shipments take?
Our national shipments have a value of $20,000 COP and arrive in 3 to 5 business days, time may vary depending on distance and access.
Do you make returns?
Returns must be presented with their original internal and external labels. The exchange of garments that have not been used and in their original condition is accepted within a period of 5 calendar days. If the garment does not allow repair, a gift card will be issued for the value of the purchase. You can find out our return policy in detail at the end of this page.
